I am not a big lover of canned corn, but I made this recipe this week because it sounded good....it was a great way to fix a couple of cans of corn....so yummy! and really quick and easy.

Baked Corn with Chive Sauce
2 cans whole corn, drained (12 oz. each)
1 container whipped cream cheese with chives (4 oz)
In a 1 quart casserole, combine corn, cream cheese with chives, 1/4 t. salt and
dash pepper. Cover and bake at 325 about 45 minutes. Serve baked corn in sauce
dishes. Makes 6 servings.
