Hi...
We had this for dinner last night and it was soooooooo good and quick and easy recipe to make.
I served it with Ramen Wonder Salad...that recipe will follow!

Quick Quiche Lorraine
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
8 slices raw bacon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup (1/4 lb.) Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
3 oz. can French fried onions
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt, Worcestershire, cheese and onions. Add bacon. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 350. If browner top is desired, place under preheated broiler 1-2 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serves 6.
