Ground Meat Pan Pie (TNT) Empty Ground Meat Pan Pie (TNT)

I made this for dinner last night and it was sooooooooooo yummy! It is very much like Shephed's Pie. The crust is made of the meat....with the mashed potatoes on top...I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. There was absolutely no fat to drain off...and delicious!
    Enjoy!

1 lb. ground round, chuck or turkey
    1/4 cup chopped onion

    2 Tbs. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 cups mashed potatoes
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1/2 cup corn, optional

Mix 1/2 can of soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, corn, salt and pepper. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; drain off fat. Spoon on potatoes. Top with remaining soupthen cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
