I served these green beans with the Pork with Blueberry Herb Sauce. This is a really different way to make green beans...they are totally baked! ...The sesame oil adds a little "zing" to it too!

Sesame Green Beans
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TSSP sesame oil
1 TBSP soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Coat the green beans and red pepper with the mixture of the sesame seeds, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Place on a greased baking sheet; bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until tender.
Serves 6
