This is a great foil packet recipe....this one you bake in the oven, but I bet you could also do it on the grill if you wanted to.

Oriental Pork Packets
4 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
4 boneless pork chops, about 1/2–inch thick
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 teaspoons sesame oil
2teaspoons grated fresh ginger or dash ground ginger*
Hot cooked rice
PREHEAT oven to 450°F or preheat grill to medium-high.
CENTER one pork chop on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with vegetables. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger; spoon over pork chops and vegetables.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill.
SERVE over rice./span
