Hot Dish Delicious
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. noodles, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup salted cashew nuts, chopped
Brown onions, celery and green pepper in a little butter. Add salted beef and brown. Add soups and milk blended with mayonnaise. Cook noodles which have first been chopped. Place combined ingredients in a greased casserole dish and top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
