Harvest Soup
1 lb. lean ground beef, sautéed and drained
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 cup carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups water + 3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. crushed Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1. Place all ingredients in large kettle.
2. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
