Rice-A-Roni Salad
1 package chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichokes, drain and save marinade
1/2 green pepper
12 green olives, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon curry
Cook chicken Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Add artichokes,
which have been drained, chopped green pepper, sliced green olives and green
onions. Add half of the marinade. Fluff mixture with fork. Combine curry and
mayonnaise and mix in.
