    Hi--
    This is a really quick and easy salad to make up....with summer coming I am sure we are all looking for something quick and easy to make up!

    Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
    2 cups chopped cauliflower
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    2 cups diced cucumber
    1/2 lb. bacon, sauteed and crumbled
    1 small bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill and serve.
