    Spicy Shepherd's Pie
    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cups French's Cheddar French Fried Onions OR French's Regular French Fried Onions
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Frank's REDHOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce ***
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (10-oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    3 cups hot mashed potatoes
    1. Heat oven to 375. Cook meat in laarge skillet until browned; drain. Stir in 1 cup of the French Fried Onions, soup, water, Frank's RedHot Sauce and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling.
    2. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole. Spoon vegetables over beef mixture. Top with mashed potatoes.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining French Fried Onions. Bake 2 more minutes or until golden.

NOTE: I did not have Frank's RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce...I just used the hot sauce that I had, but I didn't use 1/4 cup...is just added several dashes.
