Ham and Potato Casserole
2 lb. Southern-style frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1-1/2 cup grated or shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except topping. Mix well. Place mixture into a 9x13 inch greased casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
