Country Chicken Skillet
2 TBSP margarine
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup water
1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable Soup, dip and recipe mix
1/2 cup sour cream
In a large skillet melt margarine over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Combine the water and soup mix; stir into the skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered; stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from heat; stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken.
YIELD: 6 servings.
