    paint clothes pin with white paint
    with black marker make two dots for eyes on round part of clothes pin
    with orange marker a dot for his nose
    the top of round part of clothes pin mark with black marker(frosty's hat)
    tie gold cording around base of round part of Frosty (hanger for tree)
    cut chenille stem in about 4 inch length and wrap around at base of frosty's head this is his scarf.
    a cute ornament for Mom & Dad's tree!
