Hi...
We had this for dinner this week and it was soooooo good....It can also be made in the crockpot, but I did it in the oven. It would be a great meal to take to a potluck dinner.

Chinese Hamburger Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cups diced celery
1 cup uncooked rice
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
4 T. soy sauce
15 oz. can bean sprouts, undrained
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. can chow mein noodles
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except chow mein
noodles and blend well. Spoon into large casserole dish and sprinkle with chow
mein noodles. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Note: For a family gathering, put
into crockpot on low and let simmer for 8 to 12 hours. Immediately before
serving, add chow mein noodles.
Serves 8 to 10
