| Easy carrot I just made this and it is very good . 1 yellow cake mix 11/4 miracle whip salad dressing (I used real Mayo 4 eggs 2t.cinnamon 2cups shreeded carrots 1/2 c walnuts 1/2 c raisin (opitional) add cake mix and cinnamon then add eggs carrots . walnuts raisins and mix well grease and flour cake pan I used a bundt cake pan -350 till knife comes clean cool and icing with a can of cream cheese icing |
