1cup graham cracker crumbsProcedure
1/2 ground pecans
1/4 butter , melted
3 (8ozcream cheese ,softened
1 1/4c firmly packed dark brown sugar
4eggs
2 T.strongly brewed coffee
Pecan sauce
1/2c.butter
1c heavycream (not canned cream)
1cfirmly packed brown sugar
1/4strongly brewed coffee
1cup, pecan halves
In a mediumbowl.stir together crumbs,butter, ground pecans .press over bottom and sidesof a 9in springform pan .Serving Information
In another mixing bowl ,throughly beat together cream cheese and brown sugar .beat in egg, one a t a time just until blended .beat in coffee .
pour into prepared crust and bake 350
for 50 min until set
remove from springform pan and chill .
for the Pecan sauce ,melt together in a medium saucepan over low heat butter cream sugar coffee.Bring slowly to a boiland simmer 5 minutes .add pecan halves .serve sauce warm
to make the strongly brewed for this recipe use 5T coffee .
to 3 cups of water
.brew as desired
coffee can be stored in fridge for up to a week or ftozen in ice cube trays for three months.cover with saran wrap ..
