MUZZY'S CHEESECAKE
2 (8-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
8-oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 TBSP sugar
cinnamon
With an electric mixer, mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Grease bottom and sides of an 8-inch pie plate (or oblong pan for thinner cake).
Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
Combine next 3 ingredients and spread on pie. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes more.
NOTE: Muzzy is my Mother in law!!
