Apple "Dump" Chicken
1-1/2 lbs. chicken pieces, (I used chicken breasts)
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 whole apple, cored and sliced
1/4 cup green onion, diced
Heat oven to 350. Place all ingredients into a large baking dish, turn chicken to coat. Bake until chicken juices run clear (45-60 minutes for chicken pieces, 20-30 minutes for chicken breasts).
