    This is a spicy dish....

    Gazpacho Soup

    In a Blender, blend together
1 10oz can Snap-E-Tom Tomato Coctail (Spicy V-8 is OK but not as good)
    1/2 medium cucumber, cut up
    1 medium tomato, cut up
    1 Tblsp sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup salad oil

    Add these blended ingredients to
    2 10 0z cans Snap-E-Tom coctail
    1/2 medium cucumber chopped fine
    1 medium tomato finely chopped
    1 Small onion, chopped fine

Chill the mixture until VERY COLD.
Serve with garnishes of at least 2 of the following:
Croutons, chopped hard boiled eggs, green peppers or chopped fresh onion (or just forget all this stuff and eat it as is like I do!)
