EASY KEY LIME PIE
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Beat for exactly 5 minutes.
Add:
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 to 1/2 cup key lime juice
Beat for exactly 5 minutes. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight or at least several hours.
Decorate with Cool Whip (or whipped cream) if desired
