    Hi...
    Oh boy, what a hit this was at Wednesday night potluck dinner at church this week!! There certainly was nothing left over!! I had lots of requests for the recipe!!

    Pumpkin Cobbler

    3 eggs, beaten
    15-oz can pumpkin
    12-oz can evaporated milk
    1 cup sugar
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground giner
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp vanilla
    18 1/2 oz pkg yellow cake mix
    1 1/4 cup margarine, melted
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the first eight ingredients together. Pour into
    an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top.
    Drizzle with the margarine. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with the nuts. Bake for
    an additional 15 minutes.
    Makes 15 to 18 servings
