The pork was nice and juicy and the potatoes and onions nice and creamy!
    Enjoy!

    PORK CHOP POTATO ONION CASSEROLE
    6 pork chops
    4 potatoes, peeled & sliced
    1 sliced onion
    1 can condensed celery soup
    1/2 c. water
    Salt & pepper to taste

Brown seasoned (with salt and pepper) pork chops on both sides. Layer chops and potatoes and onion in greased casserole. Mix water and soup and add to casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown. If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over chops the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Peg’s note: I used boneless pork chops that were about ¾-inch thick.
