Hi....
I am finally all ready for Christmas and have some time to start getting caught up on posting some recipes....I have a "slew" of them so get your printers ready!!
They are all TNT (Tried 'n True) so some of the recipes I may just post unless I have something special to say about them.....but we thought they were all good!
Enjoy!
hugs,
peg
I know this first recipe sounds a little strange....that's why I like to try them....but this chicken was really yummy!
Toffee Crusted Chicken Breast

1/2 cup HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 (6 oz. each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease baking sheet.
2. Stir together bread crumbs, toffee bits, pepper and salt in medium
bowl. Add melted butter; blend well. Rub chicken breasts with
vegetable oil; pat on toffee mixture. Place coated chicken breasts on
