    Hi...
    This is a great recipe to serve for dinner or breakfast or brunch...It is sooo good. I took it to a potluck dinner at church and it was all gone by the time I we got to it, so I made it again the next week for dinner at home...it is great!

    HASH BROWN BAKE


    3 cups frozen shredded potatos
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
    1 cup or 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 finely chopped green bell pepper
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Thaw potatoes between layers of paper towels to remove moisture.
    Press potatoes and into the bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch baking dish.

    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
    Combine ham, cheese and bell pepper. Spoon on potatoes. Combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour over ham mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until set.
    Let stand before serving.
    6 - 8 servings
