    Hi....

This is so yummy..... a real great comfort food! And a great way to use up leftover ham.

    Enjoy

    Ham Casserole

    8 oz noodles
    1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup water
8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
4 oz mushroom stems and pieces
    1 1/2 Tbsp butter

Cook noodles and drain. In saucepan cook celery and green pepper in water about 5 minutes. Drain. In 2 quart baking dish mix cheeses, milk and garlic, until smooth. Gently stir in noodles, celery, peppers, ham cubes and mushrooms. Dot with butter. Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350°.
