    Hi..
...had this for dinner last night....it was great! Hubby went back a couple of times and our son Scott dropped by for a few minutes and he had some too (and I don't usually ever have anything he likes, but he thought it was great too). This is kind of like a whole casserole of Nachos with all the fixings!!
This is a keeper for us!!
    Enjoy!

    Mexican Casserole

    1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Enchilada sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
    2 c corn chips
    1 can Ranch Style Beans
    1 c grated cheddar cheese

Cook meat and onion; drain. Add soup, sauce, chilies
and beans. Grease bottom of casserole dish. Spread
corn chips in bottom of dish. Pour mixture over chips.
Sprinkle cheese on top and place in oven. Bake at 350
    degrees until cheese melts
