Hi....
We had a spinach and strawberry salad a few nights ago and I found this recipe and thought it would be really good as a dressing for the salad. It was delicious! It doesn't make very much and is quite thick, so you may want to double or triple the recipe.

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Dressing
This is really good with strawberries and fresh spinach
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seed
3/4 teaspoon minced red onion
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender. Add
small amounts of oil at a time with blender on slow until dressing is creamy and thick.
Serve with Spinach Salad or Mesclun and fresh strawberries
