Hi...
This is an old family favorite....our sons used to really like this when they were little, so I made it for them (well only Paul this week) for our Thursday dinners together....it was still just sooooo good! I cut up and boil a whole small chicken instead of buying the chicken in a can...I guess I just like my chicken fresh and it costs about the same and get lots more chicken by making my own than buying that little bit in a can! You could also use any leftover chicken you might have.
Enjoy!
hugs,

PEG’S NOTE:
I boiled a whole chicken and then de-boned it instead of a can of chunk white chicken…..I just like to make mine fresh instead of from a can. You could also use any leftover chicken you might have.
