    Hi...
    This meatloaf is really good...it is a little different twist to plain old meatloaf!! It makes great sandwiches too...if you have any leftovers~

    BBQ Meat Loaf

    2 cups bread crumbs
    1/2 cup onion, minced
    1 TB horseradish
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 lb. hamburger, twice ground
    1/2 cup BBQ sauce

    Combine bread crumbs, onions, 2 tablespoons water, horseradish,
    celery salt, liquid smoke, garlic salt, pepper and eggs.

    Add beef and mix well.

    Place in loaf pan and bake at 350º F., for 30 minutes.

    Pour off grease. Pour on BBQ sauce and continue baking for and
    additional 45 minutes. Adding more sauce if desired.

    Makes 8 servings.
