    Hi...
    Oh my goodness, this is soooo yummy!! We had it for dinner, but it would be nice for a brunch too.

    Tomato Ham Pie



    [size=12]1 (9") pie shell

    1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
    6 Roma tomatoes sliced 1/4 " thick
    4 oz. thinly sliced deli ham - sliced in 1/4" strips
    4 oz thinly sliced provolone or mozzarella - sliced in 1/4 inch strips
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup garlic/herb cheese spread
    leaves from 1 oz packet fresh basil - chopped


    Preheat oven to 400

    Brown pie shell in oven on baking sheet for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove
    Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan, Spread 2 TBs over bottom of pie shell.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, cheese spread and basil leaves
    Layer 1/2 tomato slices in pie shell
    Layer 1/2 the ham strips
    Layer 1/2 the cheese strips
    Spread the mayonnaise mixture over all
    Repeat layers of tomato, ham and cheese
    Cover with remaining bread crumb mixture
    Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is browned.
