This is a great way to spice up those plain old green beans! These beans are really good prepared this way....We love our veggies stir-fried

Asian Green Beans
1 pound of sliced green beans
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Rinse the beans and pat them dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Toss well. Coat a 10-inch no-stick skillet with no-stick spray and place over a medium-high heat until hot. Add the olive oil and garlic. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add the bean mixture. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the beans begin to blister.
Serves 4.
