Here is a great recipe to try when you fire up the grill! It is wonderful!

Grilled Balsamic Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (8 oz each)
For the Marinade:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
kosher salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
Directions:
Cut breast in half lengthwise so you have two chicken cutlets.
Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator a minimum of two hours, but preferably 4 to 6 hours or longer.
Preheat a clean indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Make sure your grates are clean and lightly rub with Smart Balance® Cooking Oil to prevent sticking.
When the grill is hot, lay the chicken on the grill. Cook the chicken until well browned on both sides and firm, but not hard to the touch, about 7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate when done.
