    Hi--
This is really yummy....I only made about 1/2 of the recipe and we still had quite a bit left over. I think an 8-0z. container of sour cream is what is called for in the recipe(it wasn't stated in the recipe what size container of sour cream) ...I used 1 cup when I made 1/2 of the recipe and I think 1/2 cup would have been plenty.
    Enjoy!

    Yellow Squash Casserole

    INGREDIENTS:

5 to 6 pounds of cooked yellow squash
    1 cooked onion
    2 cooked zucchini
1 1/2 cans of cream of chicken soup
    1 container of sour cream
    seasoned bread crumbs

    DIRECTIONS:

Cook squash, onion and zucchini and drain for about 30 minutes until
all the water stops. Mix in the chicken soup and sour cream. Put into
9x13 pan. Top with bread crumbs and cook until it bubbles. Then put
under broiler to brown bread crumbs. Cook about 1/2 hour at 350 then
    take out and serve.
