Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pork chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 cup light beer
Steps
1. Place all ingredients in large zip-top; marinate 30 minutes (or overnight).
2. Preheat grill. Place pork chops on grill over direct heat; grill 4-6 minutes on each side or until pork is 145°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
