Sheet Pan Brats & Veggies

A simple dish to make whether its to have on its own or as a side. Filled with hearty well-seasoned spring veggies and juicy brats.
Ingredients
1 lb Small Potatoes; Cubed
1 Garlic Bulb; Cut In Half
1 Red Pepper; Chopped
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Handful Green Beans
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Brats
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking tray with some tin foil.
Add all the ingredients into the pan and toss with the olive oil and spices. Ensure that everything is well coated.
Then roast the ingredients for 40 minutes. When it is done, remove and let it cool before serving up!
