    Hi--
This is a recipe I have had for a long time and we really like it so I thought I would make it again. It is great for the hot summer nights when you don't want to heat up the oven. It's nice to make it up early in the day and then it will be ready whenever you want to eat.....no rushing around trying to get everything cooked on time!
    Enjoy!
    hugs,

    Creamy Tuna Twist
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
    dash of pepper
4 oz. twist macaroni, cooked (I used rotoni)
    1 can (7-oz.) tuna, drained
    1 cup cooked peas
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill or 1 TBSP dried dillweed

In a large bowl, stir the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill.
