Tortellini & Vegetable Salad
1 (7oz) pkg. cheese tortellini
1 C. broccoli florets
1/2 medium onion, chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley
1 (7.5 oz) jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
1/2 C. Good Seasons Creamy Caesar dressing
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Remember to rinse thoroughly with cool water and dreain. Comine tortellini, broccoli, onions, parsley and artichokes in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss gently. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Toss again, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and arrange tomatoes on top.
