This is a great main dish salad you can make up early in the day and when dinner time comes around you will be ready!!
    Enjoy!

    Tortellini Salad
1 large package frozen broccoli and cauliflower, cooked and drained
1 package tortellini with cheese (1-lb.), cooked and drained
1 large can white chicken, drained and broken into small pieces (or cooked chicken, diced)
    2 tomatoes, cut and seeded
    1/2 dozen green onions, chopped
1 regular (smaller) size bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing (I found that the 16-oz. size was too much)
    sliced ripe olives (small can)
Cook pasta and broccoli-cauliflower mix as package directs; do not overcook so that they are mushy!
Combine broccoli-cauliflower, tortellini, chicken, tomatoes, green onion and salad dressing; then gently toss. Let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
