Old Bay Baked Potatoes (TNT) Empty Old Bay Baked Potatoes (TNT)

Post by pstarkoski Fri Jan 16, 2009 6:09 am

I used sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes. I served them with fish...we were getting ready to go to Baltimore for vacation..so I had to get in the mood, so I dug out my Old Bay Seasoning to try this. It is a "keeper".
I will have to make these potatoes for family in Baltimore!

    Old Bay Baked Potatoes

    6 potatoes, unpeeled
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
    Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Place on a nonstick rimmed
    baking sheet.

Mix olive oil and Old Bay Seasoning. Brush half on potatoes.
    Sprinkle with
    cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

Turn wedges and brush with remaining oil/spice mix. Sprinkle with
    cheese
    and bake 30 minutes more.
