Crunchy Beef Bake Casserole
2 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (14-1/2 oz.) can whole or diced tomatoes
3/4 cup chopped green peppers (optional)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3-oz.) can French fried onions
Cook macaroni; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Combine all ingredients, except French fried onions. Pour into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with the French fried onions and bake for 5 minutes longer.
Makes 4-6 servings.
