Easy Cheesy Potatoes with Kielbasa
1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes (cubes)**
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 small onion, chopped
Kielbasa (1-lb.) , sliced into "coins"
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and put into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.
** I used Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Browns (32-oz. size)...it doesn't state whether to thaw them or leave them frozen....I used them frozen, but I think it might be better to let them thaw out some first.
