This is a yummy meal! ....sooooooooo good! I used real sweet potatoes and mashed them rather than the canned sweet potatoes...but that is up to you and how much time you have to prepare your dinner.

Apple Cinnamon Kielbasa and Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 to 3 red apples, cored and chopped
¼ cup apple juice
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
16 ounce package Kielbasa, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Place apples, juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Add Kielbasa.
2. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
3. Serve with canned (drained) sweet potatoes that have been warmed and mashed with butter.
