    Creamy Burrito Casserole
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 package taco seasoning
3 to 4 large flour tortillas
    1 can refried beans
2 to 3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    Salsa, to taste
Brown ground beed and onion; drain. add taco seasoning and stir in refried beans. Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish ( I used an 8-inch square dish). Tear up half of the tortillas and spread over the sour cream mixture. Put 1/2 of the meat-bean mixture over that. Add a layer of cheese. Spoon some salsa over the cheese. Repeat the layers, but leave out the salsa. End with the cheese on top and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
NOTE: This was really good, but a little bit salty....maybe use less of the taco seasoning mix and/or less salsa...other than that it was really yummy!!
