Creamy Havarti Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup whole milk or half & half
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 TBSP butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded havarti cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Place chickne in a greased 12x8 inch glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Mix well with a wire whisk and pour over the chicken. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Meanwhile combine the bread crumbs with the melted butter in a small bowl. Remove chicken from oven after the 30 minutes, sprinkle with the cheese and then the crumb mixture over the cheese. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
