Enjoy! hugs, peg Creamy Chicken & Cheddar Rice Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips 1 tsp garlic powder 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup 1 soupcan milk 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked 2 cups chopped broccoli 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Directions: Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Add soup and milk. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli.
