    1c.-evaporated skimmed milk 250mL
    2 t.-granulated sugar replacement 10mL
    3 c.-unsweetened coconut 750mL

    Combine milk and sugar replacement in large bowl, stirring until sugar replacement dissolves. Add coconut and stir until coconut is completely moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, 2 to 3 in. apart. Bake at 350& for 15 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned. Remove from pan immedialely.
    Yield:48 drops

    1/2 fat
    Calories 1 drop: 31
