Chicken Bavarian (Chicken and Rice Casserole)

Hi friends--
Hope you are all having a great day.
Here's a really great recipe...and easy to do...just get it together, cover, and bake for 2 hours and it is ready and delicious!! Enjoy!!

Chicken Bavarian (Chicken and rice)
Cut-up chicken pieces
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup water
2-3 TBSP dried parsley
dash of curry powder
1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
Mix the rice with the mushroom soup and the celery soup. Add the water, parsley and dash of curry powder. Pour into a well buttered 15"x9" casserole dish; lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with Onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours. DO NOT PEEK!!
YIELD: 5-6 servings--for 8 or more servings, double the recipe.
