    Hi...
I made this last week and it was very good....I did find that the biscuits soaked up quite a bit of the liquid. I think that I would make up less of the biscuit batter so you have a little more liquid...but that's up to you!
    Enjoy!

    CABBAGE PATCH STEW

    1 lb. ground beef
    2 med. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1-2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    2/3 c. milk

Brown ground beef in Dutch oven. Drain. Add onions, cabbage and celery; cook until vegetables are light brown. Stir in tomatoes and kidney beans (with liquid), water, salt, pepper and chili powder. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat. Stir Bisquick and milk to a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

    PEG’S NOTE:
I found that the biscuits soaked up a lot of the liquid so I think maybe make up less of the biscuits…maybe about 1/2 of the recipe.
