|Healthy Request Skillet Herb-Roasted Chicken|
Prep/Cook time: 25 minutes.
1/4 tsp, each garlic powder, ground sage and crushed dried thyme leaves
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
vegetable cooking spray
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup water
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Sprinkle garlic powder, sage and thyme over chicken. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Cook chicken 15 minutes or until browned and done. Remove and keep warm.
Add soup and water and heat through. Serve over chicken with rice.
