    Easy Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops
    6 boneless pork chops
    1 can (16-oz.) chicken broth
2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) golden mushroom soup
    2 TBSP minced onions
    1 TBSP garlic salt
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan with lid or a Dutch oven.
Cover and cook over medium heat, simmering and stirring often for 1 hour.
    YIELD: 6 servings.

    Dijon Mustard Green Beans
    1-1/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
    butter-flavored cooking spray
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Cook the green beans in a large pot of water for 4 minutes or until they are barely tender. Drain the beans then run them under cold water to stop the cooking.
When you're ready to serve them heat a non-stick skillet that's been coated with the cooking spray. Add the margaine and mustard. Stir to combine. Add the beans and stir to reheat and coat. Serve immediately.
